So good!! These Air Fried Chick peas are the best healthy snack and if you follow weight watchers they are zero points!

Air Fried Chick Peas

Keep reading for the easy and delish deets

Here is everything you need Two cans of Chick peas drained and rinsed. Mix ranch seasoning in and put in air fryer. ( you can also use  garlic powder and red chili flakes and they are delicious) So good!

I just keep cooking them until they are brown and taste crunchy- I cook at 400 in the air fryer for about 23 + min (two cans). I rinsed mine really well before I cook them too.

I sprayed them with 0 point butter or you can spray  with a touch of oil. You have to keep tossing them every so often as they cook:)

I store them in a small mason jar. When I need a crunchy snack i take a hand full. O points too

(you can make these in an oven! spread on a cookie sheet- they take about an hour in the oven at 350 but they come out nice and crunchy- I spray them with a little olive oil)

want them for a sweet treat? Toss them in PBfit peanut butter protein powder and coco powder!
