This is Nature’s candy! These Air Fried Pineapple Rings are just one point per ring on Weight Watchers Personal points!
And pineapple is on the menu after these lessons i just gleaned from an 89 year old woman i just happened to walk with today for a bit:
1. eat avocado and pineapple
2. cover girl makeup is the best (don’t buy into the hype of those counter ladies)
3. even 89 year old women can be mean girls (they will steal your seat when you are at the buffet table even though your bag was hanging on the chair)
I used a Ninja Foodie 9 in 1. Air fryer, pressure cooker, bake, broil, slow cooker it even makes yogurt.
Kept these in the air fryer at 150 for 8 hours! (you are basically dehydrating the pineapple on a low setting) Worth it!!
I love that these Air Fried Pineapple Rings are no sugar added and literally taste like such a treat!
