Here is the 411 on chick peas they take on whatever flavor you add to them. Maybe sorta like a tortilla chip??? It’s a far stretch but the closest thing I can think of. But I promise they are yummy! The air fryer ones are nice and crunchy and then you can include whatever seasoning you like and the chickpeas holds into that seasoning. Kind of like tofu takes on whatever flavor you put with it.

I did one can of chick peas, patted them dry then coated with a little I can’t believe it’s not butter and spicy ranch powder.

If Cooking in oven set on 400 for 25-30 mins until crispy. Very reminiscent of chips. I also added additional ranch powder when they came out just bc it’s my favorite. it’s the Hidden Valley brand. You can get in the individual packets or a big bottle. I got mine at Walmart, but I’ve seen at Publix too.

If cooking in an air fryer 380° for 15-16 min in air fryer.

chick peas are 0 pts.  I used I can’t believe it’s not butter then sprinkled with ranch powder. Zero points all around.

if chick peas are 0 pts, then whole thing is 0 pts. I used only a few sprays of the I can’t believe it’s not butter.

I did check them very frequently bc I figured they’d burn easily and then I turned them once during the cooking.

I stored mine in an air tight Tupperware (the one in the pic) in the fridge and they still taste perfectly crunchy today.
