Air Fryer Cinnamon Roll for One
this is scrumptious and just 3 points on Weight Watchers
Makes 1
Ingredients
¼ cup Self Rising Flour
3 Tbsp of Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1/8 tsp of baking powder
1 tsp of sugar replacement, I use Lakanto Monkfruit
22 sprays of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tsp brown sugar replacement, like Lakanto Monkfruit
Directions
Mix flour, baking powder, sweetener & yogurt in a small bowl until dough forms, remove from bowl and knead by hand, fold in half, press repeat about 10 times. Dust surface with flour and roll to about 1 1/2”-1 3/4” wide by 9-10” long.
Spray with butter spray, coat with brown sugar, sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll short end to short end.
Bake 395 degrees in the Air Fryer 15-18 minutes. Add extra time for preheat or preheat just prior to using
Mix 2 tbsp of powdered sweetener with about ¾ tsp of water. Frost top and dig in!!!
