Air Fryer Refried Bean Springrolls with Avocado Crema Dip

Air Fryer Refried Bean Springrolls
Sauté these items;
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup chopped red onion
Small handful of chopped kale
1 clove (minced) garlic
1 tbs diced ginger
Mix the sautéed ingredients with 1/2 can of refried beans, 1/4 cup of chopped fresh cilantro and a squeeze of 1/4 lime.
Roll ‘em up in 10 spring roll pastry sheets and spritz with a bit of cooking spray.
Air fry at 400 degrees for 8 mins, flipping once.
Dip; 1 avocado mashed, 2 tbs plain Greek yogurt and a squeeze of 1/4 lime. Sprinkle of chili flakes.
