Air fryer roasted taco stuffed bell peppers
These are so scrumptious and just three points each on weight watchers

Ingredients
Orange bell pepper
2 large
Rotel Original diced tomatoes & green chilies
1/2 cup(s)
Canned black beans
1/2 cup(s)
Canned corn kernels
1/2 cup(s)
Birds Eye Spanish style riced
cauliflower
1/2 cup(s) frozen
Taco seasoning mix
1/6 cup(s)
Velveeta Shreds Original 1/2 cup(s)
Directions
1. mixed all ingredients together and stuffed my two peppers.
Air roast at 375°F for 15 minutes. Add cheese and broil for just a couple of minutes.
Each pepper is 3 points without extra toppings.
Notes I topped with 2 tsp light sour cream and 2 slices of avocado
