Preheat oven 350 degrees, line an 8×8 non stick baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine Brownie Mix, Egg and Applesauce, stir in 1 oz. of chocolate chips. Pour and spread evenly into baking pan. Bake 5 minutes, remove from oven. Sprinkle with remaining 2oz. of chocolate chips, then add coconut and finally almonds.
Bake 15-20 minutes. I did 20. Remove from oven and let cool 10-15 minutes. Lift out of pan and slice.
The App does have “Unsweetened Shredded Coconut” at 6 points for 32 grams, I wish I could of just used that but the coconut I have is 11 points for 32 grams 🙁. If you can find a lower point coconut let me know which brand it is. I would love to get these brownie bars to 3 points.
