Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup fat free crumbled feta cheese 1 Points
- 1 medium fresh tomato 0 Points
- 1⁄4 cup Craisins Original dried cranberries 6 Points
- 1 medium fresh unpeeled Red Delicious apple slice 0 Points
- 1 medium Granny Smith apple 0 Points
- 2 tsp honey 3 Points
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 Points
- 3 cups uncooked carrot( 0 Points
- 1⁄4 cup chives 0 Points
- 1 Tbsp olive oil 4 Points
- 1 tsp table salt 0 Points
- 1 tsp black pepper 0 Points
- 1 Tbsp lemon Juice 0 Points
Instructions
- Peel and slice the carrots.
- Slice and dice the apples and tomatoes
- Add carrots, chives, oil, honey, salt, pepper and cheese and every other ingredient.
- Mix thoroughly.
