We are serving up Are you kidding me cake Weight Watchers Style thanks to my teen!

I know I’m being sooo extra and so drama queen as my teen loves to say-but in every fiber of my being I know it to be true.
 
Every time my teen returns from college it feels extra hard to say goodbye.

So When she is home from I try to get as much face time in with her as possible!  
 
I am holding onto her as tightly as I can and of course taking full advantage of her total swagger in the kitchen.
 
here is just another one of her creations -and it is melt in your mouth goodness that is only four smart points on the weight watchers blue plan per hefty serving!

Ingredients

Are you kidding me cake Weight Watchers Style
  • 10 serving Pillsbury Moist Supreme Cake Mix, Premium, Sugar Free, Classic Yellow (serves 10) 39 Points
     
  • 1⁄4 cup (s)sugar 12 Points
     
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch 1 Points
  • 4 cup(s)unsweetened canned peaches 0 Points
  • 3 eggs 0 points
  • 5 spray(s)cooking spray 0 Points

Are you kidding me cake Weight Watchers Style Instructions

  1. Drain juice out of peaches and add to saucepan with cornstarch and sugar. Bring to a simmer and whisk well until bubbly and thick. Let cool for a bit and dump peaches in the “syrup” and stir to coat.
  2. Mix together cake mix, eggs, and peach mixture and stir well. Pour into a 9×13 pan sprayed with Non stick spray. Bake at 325 for about 30-40 min. Cut into 12 servings and enjoy!

    Reduce those 4 points per serving by substituting trivia or any sugar substitute of your choice for the1/2 C sugar original recipe calls for. Great sounding cake though, thx for sharing.

    This was definitely easy to make! I shaved a point by using Monkfruit in place of the sugar. I found it to be a little too sweet, though.
