Ingredients
Pillsbury Moist Supreme Sugar free
classic yellow cake mix (serves 10)
16 oz
Banana(s)
1 medium
Egg(s)
3 item(s) (large), large
Unsweetened applesauce
1/2 cup(s)
Fat-free sugar-free instant banana
pudding and pie filling mix
2 package(s)
Fat free skim milk
2 cup(s)
Cool Whip Fat Free Whipped Topping
8 oz
Nilla Nilla Wafers, Mini
30 wafers
Instructions
Here’s how I made them…..
CAKE
1 sugar free yellow pillsbury cake mix
1 ripe banana
3 eggs
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup applesauce unsweetened
FILLING
1 box sugar free banana pudding dry mix
2 cups skim milk
FROSTING
8 Oz fat free cool chip
1 box sugar free banana dry pudding mix
TOPPING
30 mini vanilla wafers
Mix all cake ingredients well. Bake at 350 for 10-12 min
Cool cupcakes. Pipe filling into cupcakes. Frost top with vanilla wafers. Makes 24. ENJOY
