Banana(s)
1/2 medium
Skippy No Sugar Added Creamy Peanut
5 gm
Butter Spread 5 gm
Smucker’s Sugar free caramel sundae
syrup 5 g
Hershey’s Sugar free chocolate syrup
1 Tbsp
Kroger Light salted peanuts, crushed
2 gm (It was only like 4 peanuts & I crushed them with the handle of a knife)
Directions:
Dress your 1/4 banana with all the ingredients.
Place the whole sheet pan in the freezer for 2 hours before moving to a Tupperware container.
Notes: Each one point serving is half a banana. I made several of them, but I only built it in the recipe builder for a single one. Those are the amounts for a single serving and I used a digital scale.

This looks great! Can anyone tell me how much cals would this be?
Look at the pictures, people. There is no need to give a 1 star review based on the recipe being a little hard to decipher. Slow down and use basic comprehension. The list of items is there, as are pictures. If the recipe deserves 1 star so be it, but to give 1 star over directions? Ridiculous.
Usually, recipes include a list of ingredients, followed by directions for using the ingredients. This recipe might be easy for others to follow, but I can’t. Do the peanut butter and the butter spread get mixed? If not, which goes on first?
At least I know the recipe exists, so I can search for it elsewhere.
I think it’s just the peanut butter. No other butter spread.
I agree with Rhonda, it reads as peanut butter spread. I think what ever program was used to copy it to the webpage messed it up.
So, 3., 4., and 5. should be combined into one line. Also 6 and 7 are same thing, as well as 8 and 9 should be combined.
So it should be
1.1/2 medium – Banana
2.1 tsp – Skippy No Sugar Added Creamy Peanut butter Spread
3. 1 tsp – Smucker’s Sugar free caramel sundae syrup
4. 1 Tbsp. – Hershey’s Sugar free chocolate syrup
5. 4 to 5 Kroger Light salted peanuts, crushed (It was only like 4 peanuts & I crushed them with the handle of a knife)
That’s a perfect explanation and amount of each ingredient! It says before recipe posted.. these amounts are for an individual piece of the banana. So you do that for each piece you cut. . They are delicious!!
Sometimes all you must do is use common sense. It’s very few ingredients and isn’t rocket science. But good luck and just try experimenting and have fun with it.
Kc, I agree with you! Just use common sense! You can’t really mess this one up!! 😄
No directions?
Simple.. cut banana in 4 pieces.. dab PB.. then the caramel sauce.. drizzle with chocolate syrup add crushed peanuts and freeze. So so good!
What happened to the directions? Where does the butter spread go?
I think it’s only peanut butter no other butter spread.
These are delicious! Although I substituted everything with sugar.. ehhhhh as long as I only eat just one it won’t count! 🤣🤣
