Instructions

  1. 1.5 cups of oats
  2. 1.5 cups milk of your choice
  3. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  4. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  5. Mix and mash together
  6. Top with 1.5 cups frozen berries
  7. 350 20-30 min

Recipe Notes

Eat hot!

Makes four servings- each serving is two points on Weight Watchers

Some notes:

1. Add Smuckers sugar free preserves to it before baking to take it to a whole other level!

2. You can make this as overnight oats instead of hot.
I do 1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
Top with frozen berries and stick in the fridge overnight until the morning!

3. This also works with just water in place of the milk to reduce the points and still tastes amazing

4. if you substitute unsweetened almond milk instead of oat milk you can cut the points and yes, it’s very filling. And you can add PB2 powder for protein. High fiber with the berries
