• Packaging: We love nicely packaged coffee (it’s great for gift giving season, amirite?), but on a more practical note, buy small to medium size containers unless you’re running a large office or drinking several cups each day. Good cold brew should be fully consumed within four to five days of opening, and large containers tend to last longer than that.
• Caffeine: The amount of caffeine in the best decaf cold brews varies slightly from brand to brand, though they’re all supposed to have close to nothing. Keep a close eye on this if you’re particularly sensitive.
