Blueberry Crumble with Whip

Blueberry Crumble with Whip

A little dessert that I make sometimes.
The hubby – not on WW – loves it too. I double the amount of crumble on his and he usually goes back to the freezer for more whip😊

BLUEBERRY CRUMBLE WITH WHIP

1 serving
>4 points per serving

Ingredients:
– nonstick cooking spray (0)
– 1/2 cup fresh blueberries (0)
– 3 tbsp Pillsbury Sugar Free yellow cake mix (2)
– 1/2 tbsp Land O Lakes light butter with canola oil, melted (1)
– 1/4 fat free Cool Whip, frozen (1)

Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Spray a small ramekin with nonstick spray. Put blueberries in the ramekin. In a small bowl or mug, stir the melted butter with the cake mix to make a crumble. Pour the crumble evenly onto the blueberries. Bake for about 35 minutes until browned. Cool for a few minutes. Top with the frozen Cool Whip and enjoy.
