Holiday dessert! It’s butterfinger apple salad and it’s 5 pts per cup on Weight Watchers but so worth it! Pre-portioned and ready so I keep out of trouble!!!
Serves 12
4 Fresh medium apples 0 points
64 TBSP Great Value Sugar Free heavy whipped Cream 35 points
1 package Fat free Sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix 4 points
1/2 cup Sugar Free Caramel syrup 0 points
1/2 cup Friendly Farms unsweetened almond milk 0 points
8 Tbsp Butterfinger Bits 15 points
The directions are easy!
just mix the milk and pudding mix with the heavy cream then added chopped apples and butterfinger bits and mix in the caramel syrup!
This recipe makes 12 servings and each is five points!
