Craving a zero point dessert? I made a cafe mocha ice cream…came out deliciousoooo!
Here is what you’ll need
I used one Fage Non Fat yogurt (single serve size) half a cup of coffee (5 oz), one teaspoon of cocoa powder, two teaspoons of Monkfruit sweetener then mixed it and froze it 🙂
1. Brewed a cup of coffee (5 oz or whatever you like)
2. Added 2 tsps of monkfruit sweetener (until dissolved)
3. Added 1 tsp of cocoa powder (until dissolved)
4. Poured coffee cocoa mixture into 5.3 ounce Fage 0% fat plain yogurt
5. Mixed yogurt and coffee mixture well
6. Placed yogurt mixture into freezer to freeze
7. Enjoy!
Note: I am sure there is a gazillion ways to modify this recipe so have fun!
