Candied Sweet potatoes
A sweet SNACK a little less than three weight watchers points!
sweet potatoes sweetened with oranges, brown sugar Swerve, cinnamon and I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray!
this was originally a more indulgent recipe but with a few tweaks it is now weight watchers friendly!
I just changed the brown sugar to Swerve brown sugar and the butter to ICBINB.
Everything you need below
Layer sweet potatoes in a greased baking dish, sprinkle with cinnamon and the swerve, dab with i can’t believe it’s not butter, layer orange segments and repeat layers. Two to three layers. I didn’t have oranges so used used little mandarin oranges about 5. Over the top squeeze the juice of one or two. Bake 30 minutes at 350° I boiled sweet potatoes to soften first.
