ChickPea Fudge brownies

this recipe makes 9 servings and each is 1 weight watchers point!

Chickpea Fudge Brownies
Ingredients
1 15oz can of chickpeas drained and rinsed
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup monkfruit sweetener
1/4 cup of unsweetened apple sauce
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup non sweetened almond milk
1/2 cup Kodiak baking mix or Kodiak mix with chocolate chips
1/2 cup of unsweetened coco powder
1/4 tsp salt
Directions
Put it all in blender or food processor. If it’s too thick to pour into a pan you can add water as needed
Bake 350 for 30 min until a knife comes out clean
