Preheat oven 350 degrees, grease 9×5 loaf pan

Dry ingredients: Whisk all until well combined
2 tbsp of  Cornstarch
2 cups of Self-Rising Flour
½ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder (I use Chef Select, I’ve found this to be the lowest points, 1/2 cup is still 0 pts.)

Wet ingredients:
½ cup of Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp of vanilla
1 egg
½ cup of brewed coffee (cold)
½ cup of water
160 grams of Baking sweetener or Monkfruit (about a cup)
30 grams of Bake Believe No sugar added baking chips (about 60 chips)

Directions:

Beat sugar and egg then add yogurt and vanilla, mix ,lastly add coffee and mix until blended. Pour in half dry ingredients, then add water, mix, add remaining dry ingredients. Blend until creamy.

Pour into greased loaf pan, using a toothpick draw squiggly lines through top of loaf, (just makes for a pretty top) top with chips.

Bake 40 minutes. Let cool in pan 10 minutes, remove and slice 9 equal pieces.
