No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark

This chocolate peanut butter bark is so yummy and a super easy treat to make! Great for holiday  celebrations; but you might want to double or even triple!

Thanks to Kelly Akin who you MUST FOLLOW on Instagram  and on her facebook page In the Kitchen With Kelly for all her yummy low point Weight Watchers recipes has done it again!

I LOVE  her recipes! She also gets a lot of questions about the products she uses and where she can get them—donut pans, silicone muffin liners, reusable pouches. She's created a list of all of her favorite items on Amazon. Check out this page from In the Kitchen with Kelly here:

https://www.amazon.com/shop/kellyakin29

And now that she's shared 100 recipes, she wanted to give you a new offer!! She knows saving photos to your phone and reading recipes while cooking isn’t the easiest thing to do!  Because your phone locks and you're constantly having to put in your password. It’s annoying!
•
She's now offering a pdf form of the recipes in sets of 50. The way she saves them on FB is in albums of 50. You will get the pdf in email and can either open them on your laptop while cooking or print them out and have them right in front of you! Makes life MUCH easier!  She will add a screenshot showing how to change the printer options and print 2 per page. This size can be cut to fit into a recipe book or box.
•
If you’d like to place an order, please follow the steps below:
1. Pick a payment option: Venmo (@kellyakin29) or PayPal (kellyakin29@gmail.com). If you need to mail a check, you can send me an email and we can work those details out as well (kellyakin29@gmail.com).
2. Go to the photo albums on this page and decide if you want album 1-50, 51-100, or both. The price is $10 per album of 50. That’s just $0.20 a recipe!
3. When you pay she will need your email address and album choice.

She will continue to add recipes to albums and each time she gets to another 50, it will become another option.

Kelly can also take the recipes she has shared (still a lot more to come) and create a Weight Watchers recipe binder for you. Check it out here!

Keep reading for the recipe!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark

Ingredients
2 Lily's extra dark chocolate bars (2.8 ounces each)
8 Tbsp PB2
1 Tsp Vanilla
1/4 to 1/2 tsp sea salt

Directions
1. In a small bowl melt the chocolate. 30 second intervals. It took me 1 minute 15 seconds total.
2. While melting the chocolate mix the PB2 with 6 TBSP water.
3. Add vanilla to your PB2 mixture and stir until well combined.
4. Pour your chocolate into a baking sheet that has been covered in parchment paper. Spread it out until you have the thickness you want (consider the number of pieces you want as well). Pour your PB2 mixture over. *You can also mix the chocolate and PB2 mixture together before pouring onto the baking sheet.
5. Sprinkle with sea salt and put in freezer for at least an hour.
6. Store in fridge for a softer firmness and in the freezer for a bark texture!

Weight watchers friends, on my ww personal points these Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark come to 2 points each if you break into 14-25 pieces. If you get more than 25 pieces they’re 1 point each. I got 26 pieces, not counting as I broke…just breaking in sizes I wanted my bark to be.
