Cinnamon Applesauce Muffins that are kid approved! Weight watchers friends these are two points each!

Cinnamon Applesauce Muffins
Ingredients
2 cups Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk Flapjack/waffle mix
2 tsp + 1 & 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 egg
3/4 cup unsweetend applesauce
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup unsweetend almond milk
1/4 cup swerve confectoner’s sugar
I can’t believe It’s not Butter spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and line a muffin pan with 9 silicone liners ( or any that you use)
2. Mix the kodiak mix, Splenda and 2 tsp in a bowl until combined.
3. Add in the egg, applesauce, vanilla and milk until well mixed.
4. Distirbute evenly into muffin tins.
5. Bake for 16 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when poked.
6. Mix the confectiner’s sugar and 1 & 1/2 tsp cinnamon in a bowl while cooking.
7. Once the muffind come out, spray them each with a few sprays of butter spray and dip into the cinnamon sugar mix.
