Cole slaw salad
You seriously need to eat this! It is three weight watchers points for the entire salad! No mayonnaise required!!
Here is everything you will need!
Take coleslaw mix…add sugar free poppyseed dressing…and avocado or diced apples! Let it sit overnight or for a couple hours at least. Delicious, healthy, and low in points!
*3 points for the avocado; I used 85 grams; I also used 2 cups of the cole slaw and 6 tbsp of the skinny girl salad dressing…0 points for those.
Apple points would depend on if you were on the diabetic plan or not*
I picked the avocado over the apple because the avocado (which I diced/cut into small pieces) added the creamy element. The poppyseed dressing, even though sugar free, already gave it a nice sweetness! It was a good mix. Apples would be delightful in it too, but I went more savory.

I have done this with the Bolthouse Cilantro Avocado dressing. I buy the mixed coleslaw and thinly slice onions. Add dressing, salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste. Let it sit several hours or overnight. Delish!!
I have also added a little apple cider vinegar for a tangy flavour. It’s good too.
