I love the versatility of toast!
Dave’s seeded bread – 1 with spicy laughing cow, &everything seasoning and 1with cottage
cheese &pickled beets. So
damn GOOD, a way to get whole grains &veggies, has 26g protein &9g fiber for the 2 slices of Dave’s seeded bread and the laughing cow – it is five points on weight watchers. Everything else is free

2 slices of toasted Dave’s seeded bread, 180g fat free cottage cheese, tomatoes &balsamic vinegar the fact that this 31g protein &9g fiber is icing on the cake!
I also love the combo of mash avocado with spicy kimchi or 1/2 cup of fat freee cottage cheese with chopped up sundried tomatoes with finely chopped spinach or basil … all so so good! I feel like it keeps it
interesting, I stay full, and macros are on point
