Easy Apple Crisp

Easy Apple Crisp

Thanks to Debbie for sharing This recipe for Apple Crisp that she eats a lot.

It’s so easy to make. We eat a serving once we make it and then divide it out into individual servings and store in the refrigerator for up to a week. We microwave the leftovers for 50 seconds so it’s nice and warm to eat.

Divide into 8 servings for 4 weight watchers points each. I like to top it with FF Reddi Whip.

Serves 8
Ingredients
Comstock Apple Pie Filling or Topping, No Sugar Added 40 oz (2 cans)
Quaker Lower Sugar Maple and Brown Sugar Instant Oatmeal 3 packet(s)
Mott’s Cinnamon applesauce, no sugar added 3 container(s)
I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter! Original Spray 22 spray(s)
Chopped pecans 1/4 cup(s)

Instructions
1 Combine oatmeal and applesauce and allow to sit for 10-15 minutes to allow oatmeal to absorb applesauce. Note: if you don’t have cinnamon applesauce just use regular sugar free applesauce and sprinkle in a little cinnamon.
2 Preheat oven to 375° 3 Pour apple pie filling into 8X8 baking dish.
4 Cover pie mixture with oatmeal mixture.
Then top with pecans.
5 Cover that layer with butter spray.
6 Bake for 25 minutes till heated through and topping is browned.
