Pumpkin fluff

2 points

We use this Pumpkin fluff as a dip for apples and strawberries OR you could toast a bagel thin for 2 points and top it with the fluff.

Pumpkin fluff

I need all pumpkin spice stuff in my life that’s Weight Watchers-friendly!! I love fall, and pumpkin spice is a must for me each autumn.

1/2 cup of this is 2 weight watchers points 😊 Enjoy!

Thanks to Tiffany

Ingredients

  • One 15 ounce can of pure pumpkin
  • One 1 oz pack of zero sugar cheesecake INSTANT pudding mix (make sure it’s instant!)
  • 1/4 tsp pumkin pie spice
  • 8 ounces fat-free whipped topping (has to be fat free or it will change points)
  • 3 Tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Mix it all together and chill for at least an hour in the fridge

Notes: This is so good on its own, but can also be used as a decadent topping or dip. Consider dipping cold, tart apples in for a fiber-filled treat on movie night. Or, put a dollop of this delish pumpkin fluff on a warm chocolate muffin slice for a sweet brunch treat.
