1 medium banana
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder

Mix everything together
Place in a sprayed pan and cook ( will not bubble like regular pancakes)
Watch closely so it doesn’t burn .
Texture is a bit more mushy but delish

Cook Time 5 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1  medium  banana 0 points
  • 2  eggs 0 points
  • 1 tsp   baking powder o points

Instructions

  1. Weight Watchers Zero Smart Points Pancakes Directions

    Mix everything together

    Place in a sprayed pan and cook ( will not bubble like regular pancakes)

    Watch closely so it doesn’t burn .

Berry Parfait

 Granola Berry Parfait

Directions:

o 6 ounces Yogurt (yogurt of choice)

o ¼ cup raspberries

o ½ cup Viki’s Granola

o Place 2 ounces of yogurt into a tall glass.

o Pour a 1/3 of granola evenly on top of the yogurt.

o Place 2 ounces of yogurt on top of the granola.

o Add raspberries.

o Add remaining 2 ounces yogurt and granola on top.

Serving Size: 2

Berry Crisp

Granola Mixed Berry Crisp

Granola Mixed Berry Crisp

Topping Ingredients:

o ¾ cups all-purpose flour

o ½ cup (packed) light brown sugar

o 1 cup Viki’s Blueberry Almond Granola

o 1 stick unsalted butter

Filling Ingredients:

o 4 cups frozen mixed berries (don’t thaw)

o 1/3 cup of sugar

o 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Directions:

o Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

o Lightly butter oven safe ceramic bowl.

o Place topping ingredients into a bowl, working the butter into the granola mixture. Once

o Place filling ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly.

o Pour the berry mixture into the buttered ceramic bowl.

o Pour granola mixture evenly on top of the berries.

o Bake for 40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit juices are

o Let it rest for 15 minutes before serving.

Serving Size: 4 complete, set aside. bubbling.

    The berry parfait looks delicious. Parfaits are one of my favorite treats. I love greek vanilla yogurt, tons of oats and honey granola, and strawberries.
