Autumn is upon us and so is the season of soccer, football and lacrosse. If your kids are involved in sports then you know it isn’t easy to round up all of their supplies. Sometimes it feels as if the shopping never ends! Don’t fret, I have compiled a list of some essentials your kids will need to get them through their sports’ season.

Hydration, hydration, hydration! Providing your child with the proper equipment to keep themselves hydrated is crucial. Reuseable water bottles are perfect for sporting events and great for the environment. If your kids don’t like water, check out bottles with fruit infusers to give their water a tasty, but healthy kick.
Most teams will provide your children with a team shirt, but outfitting the rest of their uniform may seem overwhelming. Depending on the sport, shorts, socks, and shoes are the usually the bare minimum. Shop at Kohl’s and stock up on shorts and socks for the season as Foot Locker is a great store for your children’s footwear needs. There’s a wide variety of options at both locations so you’re almost guaranteed to find something that’ll work.
Investing in a duffle bag will facilitate transporting your kids’ athletic wear. Find one that has a separate pocket for your child’s shoes so you can swap their dirty cleats for clean sneakers, preventing your car or house from getting filthy. If your kids are feeling incredibly enthusiastic and want to practice their skills both on and off the field, head to Sam’s Club to buy the necessary equipment.
With your kids’ sport essentials taken care of, it’s time to get your inner-cheerleader out and pack those stands! Any that I’ve forgotten?

Everyone grew so much this summer–we need new sneakers ASAP!
I’m all about the hydration! My son isn’t in fall sports, but marching band takes a toll. I make sure he has plenty of water. Reusable water bottles are essential.
MY kids are TOTALLY into taking water bottles to school every day–so I have to make sure they have good quality bottles and that they are cleaned regularly!
I loved the tips. Where can I buy camelbak for water?
