Ingredients
1 cup self rising flour
1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup + 2 Tablespoons water
cooking spray
Instructions
1. Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix
until fully blended. Cook on griddle
heated to medium or in a pan.
Makes 12 pancakes, 1 weight watchers point
each!

These were really great!!!
I do not have self-rising flour. I googled how to make it so will mix:
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
Mixed well in bowl.
