Fruit and Cinnamon Muffins

Are you sick of eggs for Breakfast? Do you want something sweet instead? How about a dozen muffins for an entire 4 points? Lol. You are welcome! 

Fruit and Cinnamon Muffins

Y0u can eat three muffins for 1 weight watchers point!

Dozen – Entire batch -is  four points on weight watchers

Here is everything you need to make these!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Blend till smooth:
Banana 2 medium
White self-raising flour 4 Tbls – 4 pts
4 Egg(s)
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp monk fruit – 0 pts
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
Lightly spray pan with PAM
Fill tray halfway

Top with:
3 Peeled and Chopped apples
Monk fruit as desired
Cinnamon as desired

30 minutes or until edges are golden brown

Instead of apples you could add:
Great value no sugar added pie filling
3 oz – 1 pt
(20 oz per can)
