Funfetti Filled Cupcakes
Ingredients
Pillsbury Moist Supreme Sugar free classic yellow cake mix (serves 10) 16 oz
Jell-O White chocolate sugar free fat free instant pudding & pie filling 2 package(s)
Fat free skim milk 2 1/2 cup(s)
Egg(s)3 item(s) Large
Unsweetened applesauce 1/2 cup(s)
Cool Whip Fat Free Whipped Topping 8 oz
Sprinkles 10 Tbsp
CAKE
1 box sugar free pillsbury yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup skim milk
8 T sprinkles
FILLING
1-1/2 cup skim milk
1 box sugar free white chocolate pudding dry mix
FROSTING
8 Oz fat free cool whip
1 box sugar free white chocolate pudding dry mix
SPRINKLES
Mix all cake ingredients together stir in sprinkles bake at 350 for 10-12 min
Cool
Mix frosting and filling refrigerate 20 min. Pipe filling into cooled cupcakes and frost top with sprinkles. Makes 24. ENJOY
