Get in the Festive Fall Spirit with three Healthy Fall Recipes is written in partnership with Limoneira citrus.
The truth is– I LOVE to eat. I like to bite, chew and swallow. I love food. You know that there are these people who claim that they can't believe that they “Forgot to eat” well I can tell you that I personally have NEVER MISSED A MEAL.
I'm always hungry- even after I've eaten a huge bowl of rice and beans. I have a terrible sweet tooth which I am trying to satisfy with healthier cravings. Which is why I am ALL OVER this cider trend– apparently I can get my sweet in, keeping the sugar down to a minimum and maybe, just maybe, it will fill my belly for a solid hour, during which time I will not be obsessively planning and conceiving my next meal.
And since October is just around the corner in that spirit, check out these delicious fall recipes (one of which is Apple Cider) to get the most out of the season as the temperatures outside fall. As always, the emphasis is on simplicity, ease, and health – and Limoneira citrus, of course.
