Ginger Spiced Orange Bundt
Serves 12
3π3π3π 1/12th. Good size piece π
Ingredients:
1 16oz. Box Sugar Free Yellow Cake Mix (you can use regular check points)
1/3 cup of unsweetened applesauce
1 1/4 cups of water
3 eggs
1 tsp of All Spice
2 tsp of Ground Ginger (If not a fan of ginger you can replace with cinnamon)
1/3 cup of fresh squeezed orange juice, put some of the flesh in as well, I just cleaned off my juicer and tossed them in with the juice.
1/2 tsp of Powdered sugar
Directions:
Mix above ingredients until well combined. My bundt took 43 minutes at 325 degrees. Check doneness with long skewer, it’s done when comes out clean.
Let cool in pan for 20 minutes, turn out onto chosen stand or plate, if you choose to dust with powdered sugar make sure your cake is refrigerator cold.
Just a simple delicious cake!
