Green goddess veggie frittata 🌱
If you love Trader joe's as much as I do you will adore this recipe! Thank you to @healthykel_ for sharing her creations! I found her account on instagram and I knew I needed to share her recipes with all of you!
According to @healthykel_It still feels like summer in Portland so she haven’t yet transitioned into the fall recipes. On her Sunday trip to @traderjoeslist I had an idea to make a green goddess frittata with their precut veggies and it couldn’t have been easier (or more delicious)
if you’re need of a quick brunch recipe, this is it! And the best part if you follow weight watchers blue it is only one point per serving!

Green goddess veggie frittata -One point per serving on Weight Watchers Blue
What you’ll need:
•6 eggs 0 smart points on blue
•container of garden veggies ( Trader Joe's Garden vegetable hash) 1 smart points on blue
•1/4 cup or 2 oz. of lite mozz cheese (Trader Joe's Lite low-moisture part skim mozzarella cheese) 2 smart points on blue
•2 tbsp Trader Joe's Green goddess salad dressing 1 smart point on blue
How to do it:
•meanwhile, in bowl, scramble eggs and add dressing. Mix well
•pour eggs over veggies
•cover with cheese
•put lid over pan and let cook until eggs set (mine took 10 minutes)
•garnish with cracked pepper and parsley
