The holidays are the busiest time of year and that means lots of time in the kitchen and sometimes everyone needs a little inspiration.
So whether it's a party for 20, a quick bite after school or a special dinner with your in-laws, these Holiday Spiced Baked Oats are the quintessential treat!
I’m really late to the game with baked oats but they have been my go to breakfast lately. I love that I can prep them on the weekend and it’s the perfect easy breakfast to have with my coffee!
Even if you don’t like egg nog these don’t taste like it, it’s adds the sweetness and spices that makes these bars delicious!

❄️what you’ll need:
(swipe for ingredients)
•2 + 1/4 cups rolled oats
•1 1/2 cups of oat nog (can sub for regular oat milk or dairy free egg nog)
•1 tsp vanilla
•1 tsp baking powder
•1/2 tsp salt
•1 tsp cinnamon
•1/2 tsp nutmeg
•1/4 tsp cloves
❄️how to make it:
•preheat oven to 375
•add all the dry ingredients to bowl
•in a separate bowl mix together mashed bananas and remaining wet ingredients
•add in dry ingredients and mix well
•bake in an 8×8 pan for 45 minutes
•optional (but highly recommended) top with cream cheese (I used @sperofoods to keep it dairy free) and a dusting of cinnamon sugar
