Italian vegetable soup
I made some delicious soup today- only 1 weight watchers point per serving!

Ingredients
Cooked summer squash
1 cup(s)
Shredded carrots
1 cup(s)
Garlic
3 clove(s)
Cooked onion
1/2 cup(s)
Canned diced tomatoes with onion
and garlic
2 can(s)
Chopped frozen spinach
1 package(s)
Red bell pepper
1/2 cup(s)
Cooked whole wheat rotini pasta
2 1/2 cup(s)
vegetable broth
8 cup(s)
Cooked zucchini
1 cup(s)
Instructions
I cooked all veggies except the tomatoes in the broth for about 10 minutes. Then I added the pasta and the tomatoes. Cook for 10 more minute. Adjust the broth depending on how you prefer your soup. This made a HUGE pot!Makes 10 -12 Servings
