Just the Egg muffins

February 26, 2024 by Melissa Chapman 3 Comments

Just the Egg muffins

these are so good for grab and go and are zero points each!

keep reading for all the deets

spray Pam in muffin tin, crack eggs
sprinkle salt and I use red jalapeno garlic seasoning.

Bake at 350 for 15mins. Voila!
Let cool before spooning out of tray.

I eat two a day for six days and they’re still good. So I’d say they stay fresh at least a week.

Thanks to Jill for sharing!!

now, I love eggs & this recipe sounds great. Excited about your choice os seasoning. But I am avoiding excessive use of regular breads. so I’m trying out this alternative: Egglife Original Grain-Free Egg White Wraps. My question: Do you think I could put these crepe-like wraps into each muffin-cup first to give me the feel for a bread-crust? Perhaps I should butter or spray each cup first, then add the wrap, with the egg mix last of course. I’ll write back when I try it if I don’t hear from you guys in time (smile).
