14 of these little toasts are two points they come whole wheat – for the whole wheat you get 14. I made a combination bruschetta caprese –all of this for five weight watchers points!!!
all you need are these four ingredients
3 ounces mozzarella cheese
Top each toast with mozzarella cheese garnish with tomatoes and parsley
You can lightly sauté tomatoes in an olive oil spray
This entire recipe is five weight watchers points!!
Notes you can also Try Joseph’s Bakery Lavash bread, the entire sheet is 2 points! Use a pizza cutter (wheat thin sizes or whatever you prefer). Spray with veggie spray and season. Bake at 350 for 5-8 minutes but watch them as they bake quickly. Enjoy! Oh, it also makes great pizza crust and so does the pita bread which is 1 point! Their website has store locations. Enjoy!
