After the hot water cools down, pour the mixture into your hair and massage it into your scalp. After an hour, rinse the tea out of your hair.
Greek Yogurt and Honey Mixture
Finally, another at-home, do-it-yourself hair treatment that you can create to help prevent hair loss is greek yogurt and honey. Take two tablespoons of yogurt, one tablespoon of honey, and some lemon, and mix them into a bowl. After the ingredients are mixed together, brush them onto your scalp and roots and let it sit for 30 minutes before rinsing off with cold water. Do this once a week to ensure hair-loss prevention.
