Nasoya Stir Fry Dumplings recipe
one medium onion sliced
5-8 garlic cloves sliced
one green pepper sliced
10 mushrooms sliced
choice of broccoli, cauliflower, string beans or asparagus ( I used broccoli)
1-2 tbsp black pepper
2-3 oz soy sauce
9 oz tofu vegetable dumplings
9 oz thai basil vegetable dumplings
- heat oil in large frying pan about wok size
- fry up broccoli, onion, garlic, pepper for 1-2 minutes
- stir in tofu vegetable and thai basil vegetable dumplings for 1-2 minutes
- stir in mushrooms
- sprinkle in black pepper
- after 5-6 minutes of stir frying add in soy sauce
