Oat Cranberry Bars

Oat Cranberry Bars

Thanks to Cindy for sharing with us!
These are just 3 weight watchers points each 
And the recipe yields 8 Servings 

Ingredients 
1 cup Old Fashion Oats
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbs Trivia brown sugar blend
2 Tbs PB fit powder
1 egg
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tbs sugar free maple syrup
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries

Instructions 

Preheat oven 350. Spray 7x 11 glass pan with canola oil .
Mix dry ingredients till blended in a medium bowl.
Mix egg , brown sugar, maple syrup
applesauce, and yogurt in a separate bowl. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in the cranberries. Pour into prepared glass pan and even out with spatula. Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for 35 minutes. Let cool completely and cut into 8 pieces
