Oatmeal Berry Baked Squares

1 point

These oatmeal berry baked squares pack up in 8 Tupperware containers and are just  one weight watchers point each.

Oatmeal Berry Baked Squares

Almost every day I grab one container and one banana and get my breakfast for 1 point. It’s also my sweet attack snack.

I often use peaches in place of blueberries. it’s not really crunchy but It does cut into squares nicely!

Recipe makes 8 servings

Thanks to WJ Hiatt

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 container of blueberries
  • 1 c unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 – 1/4 cup old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1-2 Tb cinnamon
  • 1-2 tsp Splenda
  • 1-2 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  1. Smash ripe bananas then stir in eggs, add cinnamon and sweetener, then add applesauce then add oats. Stir until all blended then fold in blueberries.
I sometimes add a few chopped walnuts or pecans too.
  2. I pour in big cake pan, even out then
  3. Bake at 325-335 for about 20-30 minutes.
  4. The whole pan is 8 points so however you want to divide it up. It’s my favorite.
