Gooey and crunchy, everything a cobbler is suppose to be and for 2 PP a serving, what more could you ask for? 🙂

Serves 6 (two weight Watchers points per serving)

Peach Pecan Cobbler

Ingredients 

¾ Cup of Sugar Free Yellow Cake Mix

2 -14.5 oz. of No Sugar Added Peaches, I use Del Monte

1 tsp of Ground Cinnamon

¼ tsp of Ground Nutmeg

20 grams of Pecan, lightly chopped

Directions 

Preheat oven 350 degrees, grease 8×8 dish

Drain peaches, save the water from can in a separate bowl. Add drained peaches to a bowl and toss with nutmeg & cinnamon then add to your baking dish.

Mix ½ cup plus 1 tbsp of saved juice from peaches with cake mix. Drizzle over top of peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon and pecans.
Bake 45-50 minutes (I did 50 minutes)

Let cool and serve!!

4 PP per serving at 6 servings

3 PP per serving at 8 servings

Peach Pecan Cobbler
