Peanut Butter CUP protein cookies

(made 5 cookies)
(for the DOUGH)
1/4 cup @fage plain NF greek yogurt
1/4 cup 🎃 purée
1/4 cup @truvia sweetener
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup @pbfit
3 tbsp 🥥 flour
1 scoop @cleansimpleeats simple vanilla protein powder
3 tbsp cashew milk
1/2 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt
(for the FROSTING)
1/4 cup @pbfit
1 tbsp @truvia sweetener
1 scoop @cleansimpleeats simply vanilla protein powder
3 tbsp cashew milk
3 mini @reeses per cookie for the topping!!

1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. mix together dough ingredients & let chill in fridge for about 30 mins
3. scoop dough into balls & bake for 12 mins
4. mix frosting ingredients & top each cookie with frosting & chocolate!
