peanut butter shirataki noodles

peanut butter shirataki noodles

This is my kind of weight watchers 4 point lunch. Thanks to Meagan for sharing this awesome noodle dish and while you can definitely tell they’re plant-based they actually taste like nothing. And the sauce is good, very adaptable. The lime really brings it together.

peanut butter shirataki noodles

Ingredients
Nasoya Pasta zero shirataki spaghetti
1 1/3 cup(s)
Tabasco Brand Sriracha Thai chili sauce
1 Tbsp
Great Value Less sodium soy sauce 1 Tbsp
Nakano Rice Vinegar, Natural 1 tbsp
Water 2 Tbsp
Spice World Premium ground squeeze ginger 1 tsp
Spice World Garlic, Squeeze, Minced 1 tsp
PBfit Sugar Free Peanut butter powder
2 Tbsp

Directions

Drain and rinse noodles very well. Use 0 point cooking spray to coat a pan, add noodles on med heat w/ ginger and garlic (added for flavor). Mix sauce: 2 tbsp PB2/1 tbsp each of soy sauce/rice vinegar and Sriracha (or to taste, bc this is spicy). Add 1-2 tbsp water to thin out. Add sauce to noodles, cook 1-2 minutes longer, stirring frequently. Top with sesame seeds/green onion and squeeze with lime.
