Wet Ingredients:
1 egg
¼ cup Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp. of Sugar in the Raw
2 tsps. of Brown Sugar
1 tsp. of Vanilla Extract
Add all ingredients to medium bowl and whisk until well combined.
Dry Ingredients:
1 cup of Kodiak Buttermilk Flapjack & Pancake Mix
1 tsp of Baking Powder
½ tsp of ground cinnamon
¼ tsp of ground ginger
¼ tsp of salt
Instructions:
Whisk together in a small bowl
¾ cups of canned diced peaches in water (drained)
Add dry ingredients to wet, mix/stir with wooden spoon until a firm dough forms, add ¾ cups of diced peaches (drained). Mix well, the peaches will add moisture and loosen up the dough. Using your 1/8 cup scoop, scoop out and place on your air fryer tray or basket that has been greased with cooking spray, my air fryer tray fits 9, do as many as you are able without crowding, lightly spray fritters with cooking oil and air fry 375 for 20 minutes. Air fryer cooking times vary, mine is more like a toaster oven so it probably takes a little longer than the basket air fryers. You want a crunchy bottom and toasted top.
You can use your oven if you don’t have an air fryer same steps, don’t forget the cooking spray, bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees on the middle rack.
Remove from air fryer/oven let cool a few minutes then add glaze or powdered sugar.
Topping Options:
Glaze: mix 3 tbsp of powdered sugar with 1 ½ tsps. of water.
Drizzle Fritters with glaze. Using this option, you can have 2 fritters for 3pts. all plans
Powdered Sugar: Dust with 1 tsp of powdered sugar.
Using this option, you can have 2 fritters for 2 pts. all plans.
Your plan, your points, your way!!
Recipe makes 15 fritters.

I’d love these for dessert. I am a huge fan of peaches. I like that these aren’t bad for me.
in place of the greek yoghurt, can I use oat milk? If yes, would that affect the consistency?
I don’t think I’ve ever had peach fritters before. I would love to try these!

I love fritters, never had one with peach! These fritters look so good, a must-try recipe!
Is there an alternative to the premade Kodiak Buttermilk Flapjack & Pancake Mix? Can I use either Almond Flour or Brown Rice flour?
These were completely burned in the air fryer after 5 minutes. Is it correct to cook them for 20 minutes at 375? This didn’t work out at all. Maybe I’ll try to cook the remaining fritters in the oven
