Personal Pineapple Upside Down Cakes

Keep reading for the delish details

Well I’ve been craving pineapple upside down cake for about a week now and decided to make one today, and decided not to do it in my 8 x 8 inch pryrex pan!

I use 8 wash’s out  TUNA cans as my baking dishes-each IS approx. 3 1/2” at the top of the can and 1 1/2” deep!

place pineapple slice in each can and one cherry in the enter of each pineapple ring.

Make a box of vanilla cake batter add 1/3 cup of batter in each can which will use up all the cake batter!

1/3 cup of batter in each one will fill 8 cans perfectly!

Pour the batter evenly over the pineapple slices and gently spread to even out the top.

Cook at 350 in your Air Fryer on Bake setting for 30 mins..but I checked it after 25 and the middle wasn’t done so added 5 more mins..turn out just perfect!

run a knife around the edge of each can then put a plate upside down on top of the can. Carefully turn the can upside down so the cake is turned onto the plate.

Well here is the results, so good tonight for dessert with whip cream! It was so good and now some for the freezer for another day! 😉

i wish your recipes had a print button. you offer so many but it is a pain to have to copy and paste to another document to print them out. i’m old school and like to print them and put them in a binder
