Protein Peanut Butter Bread

1 Cup of High Protein Pancake Mix, I used Kodiak Buttermilk
½ Cup of Self-Rising Flour, I use Gold Medal
¼ cup of Golden Granulated Sweetener, Monkfruit
1 egg
¾ Cup of Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp of Melted Butter Spread, I use ICBINB 30% oil
1 tsp of Baking Powder
8 Tbsp of Sugar Free Peanut Butter Powder, I use Pbfit
¼ cup of Unsweetened Plain Almond Milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a medium bowl combine pancake mix, pbfit & baking powder
In a large bowl, whisk egg, sweetener, milk, yogurt & melted butter. Add dry ingredients, mix with spoon until well combined, you’ll have a sticky batter. Transfer to a greased 9×5 loaf pan , can use fingertips to spread out and smooth top.

Bake 30 minutes. Remove from oven let cool in pan for 20 minutes. Cut into desired slices.

Grams of protein per slice:
7 slices – 13 grams
10 slices – 9.1 grams
12 slices – 7.5 grams
14 – 6.5 grams

Protein Peanut Butter Bread

Grams of protein per slice: 7 slices - 13 grams 10 slices - 9.1 grams 12 slices - 7.5 grams 14 - 6.5 grams

Ingredients
