In honor of her favorite season Robin came up with a very low or zero point Pumpkin Mousse!

Pumpkin Mousse
Blend 1 cup of fat free cottage cheese, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice (I measure with love!), 1-2 Tablespoons sugar free maple syrup, and a splash of vanilla.
Blend up really well until velvety and smooth! I topped it with 2 Tablespoons of sugar free cool whip, a pinch of chopped pecans and cinnamon!
If you let it sit in the fridge it will set very nicely!
