Raspberry Yogurt Cookie Parfait and Ezekiel fried egg sandwich
When Carolyn shared her five point breakfast i knew I had to post it here on the blog’ Omg this is Delicious and very filling. And she said it was satiating and kept her full all morning!
First up her yogurt parfait- four points for the whole serving
Here is how she made it!
I just use a half a cup of fresh raspberries(0 pt.), a cannon light & fit blueberry yogurt 3 points and I crumbled a keto cookie(1pt.) on top. With some more raspberries. Very easy and very good. The blueberry yogurt scanned in at three, so you can definitely use different yogurt so you don’t have to use that many points. 
The keto cookie crumbled scanned three cookies for four points. she just used one!

And let’s not forget her one point breakfast sandwich– One slice of food for life Ezechiel 4:9 flax toast (1 point), with two soft fried eggs (o points) , and one spray of olive oil Pam.

this entire sandwich is one weight watchers point
So this entire breakfast is five points on weight watchers!
