- 3 large ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 cups uncooked old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup plain unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Nonstick Cooking Spray

In a large mixing bowl, mash three ripe bananas
Measure and add in your uncooked old fashioned oats
Combine the oats and banana well, before adding in your almond milk and applesauce
Stir in the cinnamon, vanilla, and raisins until well combined.
Spray your cookie sheet or baking pan with non-stick cooking spray
Scoop out 12 equal portions of cookie onto the prepared pan (I use an ice cream scoop or melon baller for this)
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until the desired doneness you prefer
